Returns, Cancellations, Exchanges & Shipping Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made through Sudhaya’s website, social media platforms, WhatsApp, or any other sales channel. By placing an order with Sudhaya, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.

Returns & Exchanges

Sudhaya follows a no return / no exchange policy, except in the rare case of a verified manufacturing defect or damage during transit.

To help us resolve any issue smoothly and fairly, the following conditions must be met:

  • Claims are accepted only for defective or damaged products.
  • A clear, continuous, unedited opening video is mandatory. The video must start from the sealed outer packaging and clearly show the defect.
  • The claim must be reported within 48 hours of delivery via the official Sudhaya contact channel.
  • Claims raised after 48 hours from delivery will unfortunately not be eligible for consideration.
  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, ironed, stained, or used in any manner are not eligible.
  • Products without original tags, invoices, or packaging are not eligible.

Sudhaya reserves the right to:

  • Assess and verify the defect through internal quality checks.
  • Approve or reject any return or exchange request at its discretion.

If approved, Sudhaya will provide only one of the following remedies, at its sole discretion:

  • Replacement of the same product (subject to availability), or
  • Store credit equivalent to the product value (excluding shipping charges).

Cash refunds or reversals to the original payment method are not offered.

Cancellation Policy

  • All orders placed with Sudhaya are considered final.
  • Cancellation requests cannot be accommodated once an order is confirmed, irrespective of order status.
  • Sudhaya reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances, inventory mismatch, or payment issues. In such cases, the customer will be offered store credit or a refund, at Sudhaya’s discretion.

Shipping Policy

  • Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise specified.
  • Delivery timelines mentioned are estimated and may vary.
  • Sudhaya is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, logistical issues, natural events, strikes, festivals, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Responsibility for the shipment transfers once the order is handed over to the courier partner.

Color, Design & Product Variations Disclaimer

  • Slight variations in color, texture, weave, zari tone, or design alignment may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, or manufacturing processes.
  • Such variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Limitation of Liability

Sudhaya’s maximum liability, if applicable, is limited to the value of the product purchased. Sudhaya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.

Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
