At present, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

No. There are no additional payment or transaction charges.
The amount shown at checkout is the final amount payable.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer FREE SHIPPING across India on all orders.

Where do you ship and what is the delivery timeline?

We currently ship across India.

Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 working days.
Delivery typically takes 5–8 working days, depending on your location.

Is return possible? What is the return timeline?

Returns are accepted only in case of a verified manufacturing defect.

  • A return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • An unboxing video is mandatory for verification

What if I receive a damaged or defective product?

Every Sudhaya saree undergoes quality checks before dispatch.

In the rare event of receiving a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery along with an unboxing video.
Our team will assess the issue and guide you accordingly.

Is exchange possible?

Currently, exchanges are not offered.

In case of a verified defect, a return or replacement may be processed subject to availability, as mentioned in our

Do your sarees come with a warranty?

We do not offer a formal warranty.
However, we stand by the quality and authenticity of every Sudhaya saree.

Any manufacturing defect must be reported within the 48-hour return window.

How should I care for my Sudhaya saree?

To maintain the beauty and longevity of your saree, we recommend:

  • Dry clean only
  • Store in a cool, dry place
  • Avoid direct sunlight for extended periods
  • Handle zari areas with care
